Lord Mathew Evans is currently Chairman of EFG Private Bank. Prior to joining EFG, Lord Evans was Chairman of Faber & Faber and Governor of the British Film Institute. Matthew became a patron of Islington Tutors in 2009.

By the time he was writing his undergraduate thesis in Mathematics, David had already gone from student monitor to course instructor.
